Initial phone call from HR.The interviewer asked me to review my job experience. Briefly (20 minutes) went over my background. She also gave me an overview of the position.Very pleasant. She then told me I would be scheduled for an in person interview. I had to follow up with her to get the in person interview. I then met with three managers for my inperson interview.

Question 1
There was a case study which I completely over analyzed. If they give you a case study, know that they arent looking for a technical answer but what behaviors needed to solve the problem.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vanguard in Jun 2011
Interview
The questions are situation based. As an example you'll get a question like "tell me a time that you had a disagreement with co-worker, and how did you handle it." Depending on the position there usually is a mock client interaction as well. The interviewer will usually try and make you feel uncomfortable during this part to see how you react to an objectionable client.
