Basically none. Got a phone call with a recruiter and was hired in 15 minutes. Drug screen and then started training a week later. Extremely easy and looking for very little by way of past work experience and education.

It was a three person panel interview style.
There were 3 rounds of interviews. First round with hiring manager, second round with more senior individuals.

Interview
You need to know how to answer behavioral questions in STAR format. Do not memorize previous situations, instead simply be able to recall them when answering the questions. The interviewer wants to know how you respond to various situations.
