Initial recruiter interview and then final interview (3 hours long, 1 case study, 2 interviews)
You have 30 minutes to do the case study and then review it with the interviewers. No coding involved.

Why Vanguard?
Other questions were behavioral and very typical (i.e. tell me about a time you had a team conflict)
Interview process was pretty straight forward. Three rounds with the first being a general HR, the second was a coding assessment, and the third was a person from the division or team you might be placed in.

sent me an email with an online technical, had a few mc questions and a few leetcode coding questions. then i had to wait a few days and they called me to schedule the final interview. during the final interview, there were 2 rounds each were an hour long. one part was the technical and the second part was behavioral. during the technical, there's 2 problems. one was like a system design and the other was another leetcode problem.

It was ok nothing more than a behavioral interview and then a case study on a specific system them wanted us to create. After was just regular conversation about experience
