Interview
Was contacted a week after applying. First interview was with HR, was notified at the end of the interview that I was moving on to the next interview, and given an assignment. Assignment took 3 days, not too bad. Following interview, I met the team members who Id be working with and it was a good long interview, mostly discussing skills and screening experience. The team kept expressing how well I did, and told me the next steps was meeting other teams. They really made it seem professional, and physically told me I was moving to the next stages. Unfortunately, the reviews are right saying this company notoriously ghosts applicants. Both the team and HR specialist never responded to follow-ups or even thank you e-mails. Completely ghosted. Being rejected from a job is fine, but actively telling applicants they are moving forward and ghosting is unprofessional.

It was smooth, clear, and transparent. From the initial interview they would give you tips on how to prepare for the next round of interview (with manager, so focused on skill) and would guide you on the application process

Four rounds with different department heads and the same questions over and over. After every round, no one could tell me what the next round was or if there would be additional ones. Was very repetitive and after all that I was rejected without feedback

First, personality questions to assess fit. Then, situation questions to assess how you approach problems. There will be more specific technical questions including research competencies. As well as a technical assessment. Proactively come prepared with examples of strategic thinking and creative strategy. Must have knowledge of social landscape and relevant cultural trends.
