They call you on the phone because they work off of referrals. They ask you if you have a job and if you want to schedule an interview. Then they schedule you a time and you dress appropriately.

The interview was short and to the point, I got one interview and got hired. The interview was in person and it was a very smooth process. I got called in the next day to start work
Passed on the spot it was weird. There were one or two steps I think. It has been a while sonu dont remember much. İi was in high school. So its been a while
