I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Kalamazoo, MI) in May 2017
Interview
I received a text alerting me that a friend had recommended me for the position, and since I was in need of a job I called to set up an interview. When I arrived at the address, I couldn't find any signs or people that I was looking for, so I called... and got no answer. I ended up running into the branch manager outside, so he showed me the way into his office. He had just moved in so there were boxes all over and nothing was put up, so it felt very weird. He was nice enough, though, so I went through with the interview (during which he basically told me about the company and watched my nonverbal communication, asking virtually no questions) and he offered me a position on the spot at the end of it. I filled out a couple of "get to know you" papers and went home. My training started the next day.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
