I noticed he kicked out anyone over the age of 25 right away since this job later found out to be based on young kids selling to their parents and their parents friends
got offered the job

Very easy and simple questions and gives you information about the many ways of advancing with vector marketing. Work with your school schedule and offer the best job opportunity. They also talk about how long the company has been working for and talk about themselves so you can feel more comfortable about talking about yourself.

Question 1
What school I was attending and what high school I attended
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Mayaguez, PR)
Interview
First part of the interview is in group and has a duration of approximately half hour. Then the supervisor starts to call the applicants one by one and interview you alone. This is the longest part as most of the groups consist of 20+ people. Overall is almost 2.5 hrs.

Over the phone, they're going to make it seem like you NEED to come in asap or else they'll fill the positions. In reality, they'll pretty much take anyone. the only people I've seen them turn away are people who don't appear to be from middle class / well-to-do families (they want people who's families will buy their products)
