Interview
There is two parts, the initial screening with the manager and then the actual interview. In the interview you watch a short video and the manager talks one on one about the benefits and the pay. It's the most informative interview I've been in.

What makes you think you would be a great addition to the Vector team?
Group interview with individual sessions over the phone. The interviewer was very nice and provided a great amount of information about the job and the company as a whole. The interview is being done through their website portal and you can only see yourself as well as the interviewer (privacy is ensured).
