Interview
I got a call after filling out an application online, within one day of filling it out, and had an interview set up for the next day. I was surprised, but excited for the opportunity. The interview consisted of filling out a short application, then meeting directly with the manager, then participating in a group interview with other applicants, after which the manager would take each person back one by one to give a final decision.
The manager was looking for people who are willing to work hard and have a positive attitude, explaining that their sales program has a proven track record of being able to sell their products. The manager also demonstrated the products which highly impressed me as well as the other applicants.
The entire interview is more a test of one's attitude and willingness to learn rather than any qualifications or experience. Since vector prides itself on hiring those with little to no experience, the interviews do not consist of lengthly discussion of past experience.
After taking the job, I've realized that it has been the best possible career choice I could have made, and I have had an incredible experience with the company.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
