1st step - 2 minute basic screen interview. They are looking for high school seniors and college students.
2nd step - Group interview in larger space. They are looking to see who takes notes, who participates, who seems to be well in a group setting, who stands out...
3rd step - 95% of everyone will be invited back to training.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
