They do a group information session, about an hour long, then they separate into 1 on 1 interviews and ask basic questions, such as "What are you looking to accomplish in terms of goals?"

How soon are you willing to start working if we do hire you?
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
