Gave my resume to a recruiter, completed a one-way video interview, went in for a super day at the Basking Ridge office where I went through 2 behavioral style interviews with 2 different people, and got the call for the offer 2 weeks later

Applied through university. Phone interview for screening and behavioral purposes. Then on campus interviews, consisting of back to back 30 minute interviews. The question were basic not really technical at all.
