I was called to schedule a phone interview 1 month and 10 days after I submitted my application for the job. The phone interview was about 25 minutes. I was on a speaker the search committee (4-5 individuals) asked me questions. A few days later I was offered an on-campus interview. My on-campus interview was about 4 hours long. I met with the search committee, my department, and my supervisor (1-on-1) and then I had to present for 30 minutes on a topic that was provided to me.
