Interview
The process is typical of a university setting. First there was a phone screening of 30 minutes with a panel of 4 people. Next, there was an in-person interview with a panel of the same 4 people. Finally, there was a 1:1 interview in-person with the supervisor.

They asked about my philosophy of counseling with students, especially a diverse student body.
Very welcoming and easy to talk to the interviewers. Felt prepared and confident based on grad program and practice beforehand. Researching the university helped me get a grasp on the kinds of questions they might ask.
