Leetcode Python easy question. work experience in ML
Was reached out to by a few recruiters. Upon talking they mentioned that the expectation is in office, 6 days a week with 60-70 hours a week. Initially I was intrigued by the company but after having intro calls I bailed quickly because I could tell the work environment would be toxic without reasonable compensation. Glassdoor reviews confirmed my suspicion.

I completed a phone screen where I introduced myself, followed by an online assessment that included some LeetCode-style questions. The link had a relatively short expiration period. I was also asked a few technical questions.

3 Rounds + Take home assignment.
Round 1: Screen by recruiter - asked me about current job, education, experience with various software toolkits.
Take home Assignment: A coding challenge to solve the vehicle routing problem in a language of your choice as fast as possible (without sacrificing on accuracy).
Round 2: In person 1 hour technical interview. I was asked about my solution to the coding challenge, how I developed it, the research I did and how I would improve it given more time. Also discussed my current job, technical expertise, and side projects.
