Vrbo CSR interview questions

I applied online, then was contacted by HR to complete a digital interview and then was offered a face to face interview with the hiring manager and a supervisor. I came to this company for an interview one year ago and the experince was great, it was absolutely different from this one. I think it was my mistake on the first place to apply again for the job. Ive been working as a csr in another company and def have the experience and willing to learn new way of work. In the middle of the interview i was interapted by the ssv saying that she is seeing in my cv and what I am saying its totally different from what they do. I was like OK.. so you called me for an interview without analysing my CV? Then my previous job before csr was also totally different but I managed to adapt to a new one and was also promoted to a senior Csr in the company.. they besically rudely decided that i wont be good for the job just because the company was using different style of work..not sure what they are looking for, maybe for a robot lol? They are constantly looking for staff which isnt a good sign to me.. just wanted to share my experience and do not think they acted professionally so im not suprised people keep leaving from this place.
