WEX Engenheiro De Software interview questions

Went over basic overview of my background and resume. Recruiter talked a lot about the role, very clear and informative. Asked some basic technical questions (concept level, not leetcode). Was supposed to hear back within a day about next steps, took them two weeks to finally tell me I wasn't moving on.

I went through 3 interviews, the entire process took 1+ month. First, I went through the HR manager interview, who contacted me after the application(who was very nice and guided me for the tech interviews). Next, I went through 2 tech interviews with different Tech Managers, both managers were very receptive,. I was informed that I would receive a response in a couple of days, even for a negative one. 3 weeks passed, and no response was given.
