The recruiter got in touch with me through LinkedIn. The first interview was with the recruiter. In the second interview, the recruiter sent a code challenge to solve a product-related business problem, and I was required to submit it within 5 days. After almost three weeks, they sent a general response without any feedback. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would not recommend investing your time in this interview process.

Initial conversations with recruiter where positive. We discussed my extensive experience and relevent skill set as well as what new skills and areas I could move into. Recruiter and company contact ghosted me after irrelevant technical quizzes.

Interview
The recruiter texts me on LinkedIn to arrange the Google Meet video meeting. There was no Intial screening to check whether I am fit for the organization or what are their expectations from the candidate. Excluding all these steps, which every recruiters follow to not waste their own and candidate's time. Instead, on the very first conversation, they started asking me technical questions. I was horrified. They didn't ask me about my work, my experience or about me.
No warm greetings.
Lack of professional attitude.
Total waste of time.
Very disappointing.
Very demotivating.
Higher expectations.
