Applied online Quick phone screen with recruiter (why are you interested in the role, do you have experience with, etc.) Virtual interview with two “leaders” who self identity that they’re hr leaders with high level titles despite having no background in HR but other business segments. Red flag. Talked about RIFs in a flippant “business needs” vocabulary. One interviewer was clearly not happy, interested or engaged from the jump and self admitted she was burnt out and in desperate need of a vacation. Red flag.
