WEX Sr. Director interview questions

I had 45 minutes interview with hiring manager after the initial phone screening. He joined the interview almost 7 minutes late which during that time I emailed the recruiter to confirm interview time. Once he joined, he looked stressed and angry. He wanted me to go over my resume and gave brief descriptions about the job. He never asked any questions about my skills and experience. Everything took 20 minutes. Afterwards I received an email from recruiter saying hiring manager did not see me excited about the company and decided to move with other candidates. I was glad that outcome, I was going to decline them if they offered me the position anyways.
