WPP Medical Writer interview questions

Firstly, I submitted a writing test via email. There followed a one hour-long face-to-face interview with the ECD and the Head of Medical. Both were very friendly and put me at ease. They told me about the company and asked typical questions regarding qualification and motivation for the job. This was a nice format as competency was essentially already dealt with in the writing test prior to interview, to allow the interview to focus more on company/job fit.
