WTW Compensation Analyst interview questions

I applied through my university and was selected for an on-campus interview with a senior member of the Atlanta team. The interview was around 30 minutes and was mostly behavioral. I heard back maybe around 1-2 weeks after the on-campus interview to go to the Atlanta office for the final round. The final round consisted of 5 behavioral interviews.

I applied through the university career portal, and the process took 4 weeks. The first round was on campus with a senior consultant, and it was pretty straightforward with mainly behavioural questions. We ended up speaking more about our travels rather than the job itself. The final round was on site - 5 rounds with 5 consultants/managers. Questions were mainly behavioural. Each round was focused on one section of my resume. I would highly recommend knowing your resume thoroughly, and being yourself during the interview process. Everyone at the firm is really nice, and want to see if you fit the team.
