The entire interview process was unpleasant and disorganized. After completing the home assignment, it took them an unusually long time to respond. When they finally did, they scheduled another interview; only to tell me afterward that they weren't impressed with the assignment. If that was the case, why waste both of our time with an additional interview? The lack of communication and inefficient process left a very poor impression.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WalkMe (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was swift and professional. The HR manager called and emailed when they said they would. There was 1 test and it was crafted in a way that tested my skill level appropriately. The interview questions were standard. There was 1 phone interview and I came in twice for face to face interviews, each time meeting with two different people. It lasted about 2-3 weeks. All in all a good experience.
