Behavioral/Situation Interview where the interviewers ask you to use the STAR method when responding to questions asked during the interview. Which is describe the SITUATION and the TASK at had. Tell the ACTION you took to resolve it and what was the RESULT. You will probably be asked 4 to 5 of those type of questions. Be prepared with examples of work situations. Actually the interview process was very easy than most. I applied through indeed then couple days later I received an email with the location for the interview. It was a panel interview.I did pretty well. Couple days later I received a phone call and accept the job.
