Interview
Did two in-person interviews, the last of which was exhaustive with two senior employees. The questions were basic in the first interview. In the second interview, it was largely assumed that I would be working there, and the interview turned into more of a working session. I was offered the job in the following days.

Interview
We first got in contact through a phone interview, which lasted about half an hour. Then, I went to Redskins Park in Ashburn for an in-person interview. She asked me questions about my resume, school, and extracurriculars, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had about the job or company.
