Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I have interned at other companies within human resources, and for such a large company Wayfair has an awful human resources (talent) team. First round interview was fine, it was a case study over google hangout, and the questions were pretty basic. I was then invited for a second round interview. If I was not from in state they were willing to pay my flight, hotel, and accommodations. However, that was not the case for me, BUT they wouldn't even validate my parking, so I was stuck paying the outrageous $40 ticket. So rude since they were willing to shell out hundred for other candidates, but they could not pay my parking after driving 3 hours there and back to my campus. The worst thing is they did not stick to their timeline at all. They told me 1-2 weeks they would get back to me, especially since I am actively applying other places as a Senior in college. Over 2 weeks go by so I follow up, I am told it is a busy time and they will get back to me soon. I follow up a second time over a month later, because I am going onsite again for an event. I get the SAME copy and paste response, that they are busy and will get back to me. Two months later I email a THIRD time and finally get the no response. Just a terrible experience and very untimely department.
