The first round was a Google Hangouts interview which consisted of a business case study that lasted for about 45 minutes. Pretty easy and straight to the point. After that, they invited me to their office for a behavioral and another case study interview. There were several candidates there and it seemed like they were in a rush throughout the interview process. Behavioral questions were standard and asked about my work and academic experience. The case study was not too bad either but my interviewer kept on trying to make me stumble. Even though I answered all the questions thoroughly, she gave me a judgmental look and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
In the end, the recruiting team told me that it would take a week to hear back and after a little over a week I did not get a response. I emailed them and they finally called and left a voicemail saying that they decided to pick someone else.
It was overall a really easy interview process but the interviewers need to understand that college students do not have much experience with working in an e-commerce environment. Such a waste of time.
