WeWork Community Manager interview questions

I was reached out to by a recruiter for a 30-45 minute screening. Your standard process of getting to know the business and the role in further depth. I then met with the a district manager for a 45 minute 1:1. This is where things went a bit wonky. WeWork tended to shy from the hardships they had faced this past year given COVID-19. It wasn't until I conducted my own research I realized just how much their businesses has been impact (massive layoffs, evaluation decrease, etc.) I waited about two weeks after to hear anything and even reached out to see if a decision was made in the mean time. I received an auto-generated response two days after. It seemed as if they didn't quite value the interview experience, as it was quite disjointed with no timeline. However, upon reading the news of Wework perhaps its because they are in a major restructuring period and need to really do the work. They then offered me a free 1 month trial with my rejection which sort of seemed a bit out of place and more of a money grab. But hey, have to make new clients somewhere.
