I had three interviews over zoom. After each interview I got a form letter asking me to send my availability for the next interview. Each time, I got the invitation the day before the interview (quite a few days after I submitted my availability). The lack of lead time was a bit of a red flag to me. Each interview went well, and after my third interview I got an email from someone else (not my main point of contact) to schedule a phone call. I gave him my availability but he never set up a time. I ended up missing his phone call because I wasn't expecting it, but I called him back and left a voicemail. Never heard back. Followed up a week later. Never heard back. Emailed my point of contact a few days later. Never heard back. I emailed them both today and I doubt I will hear back.
There's enough about WeWork in the news that part of me thinks it's more the work culture and the higher-ups than the recruiters themselves, but this is really a horrible way to treat people, especially during a pandemic!
