I applied online. I interviewed at WealthCounsel in Apr 2017
Interview
1) 30 minute phone interview with HR representative.
2) 30 minute panel interview via video conference with 2 individuals
3) 30 minute phone interview with Director
4) 30 minute phone interview with the head of the department I was applying for (she was also one of my interviewers during interview #2)
5) 30 minute phone interview with the CEO of the company.
This all took place over a span of about a month and a half. I have never been through such an extensive interview process before. After my 3rd interview I felt confident after my conversations with the representatives from the company, everyone was friendly and I was pretty sure I had the job by the way they were talking - I understood that being a virtual position, they needed a few interviews to get a feel for who I am. However, by my fifth interview, I was considering withdrawing my application because I wasn't sure what to think about a company who doesn't have a streamlined hiring process. It seems like they have some kinks to work out. I had to rearrange my schedule sometimes for these interviews and it just seemed like they dragged me along.
