Recruiter Call -> Hiring Manager -> Case Study + Presentation -> Executive Leadership
The team is fantastic and very transparent. Salary expectations are straightforward. My recruiter was very good at communicating timeline, expectations, and answering questions about the role (challenges, strategic fit, vacancy or new position, etc.).
From my perspective they're moving in a good direction with buy-in from leadership. Weave did have a large transition period after the Founder & Co left + the IPO. But they seem to have their footing again and are moving to be more product-led as an org rather than a historically sales-led and delivery-focused org.
Recruiter Call is standard adn straightforward about your background and some behavioral questions. Hiring Manager behavioral as well and more casual (it didn't feel like a rubric of 10 specific questions). Case Study is standard and not extremely high expectations for investment, followed by a panel of team members who will see your presentation ask questions, then ask some more behavioral ones. They'll review as a team how you performed, then move you to the final interview with the CTO/CPO, which is casual and ~20 minutes.
