This was honestly the worst interview process I've ever experienced. After expressing interest in talking to me and having me go through one round of the interview process, the HR rep ghosted me for a solid month, before reaching out to me to request I travel in person to CT (I live in NYC) to go see the exact same people I had already talked to. Fine. But of course the night before, that meeting gets canceled. AND. NEVER. RESCHEDULED. I must have followed up with him a dozen times, by email and by phone. I also followed up with the people who were suppoesd to interview me (even though they're not HR people), just because I felt so ignored. Until finally, many many months later, I get a note saying basically "whoops we were supposed to send you an automated message that you'd gotten rejected except we forgot". Excuse me??
I know as a job applicant it's difficult to say no to a potential opportunity based on the process, but I'd encourage any applicant to think long and hard. Or at least be prepared to play the loooooong game, with an end that could feel like you just wasted months.
