The interview was seamless and professional but the onboarding process was horrible. They strung me along for over a month, had a slow response time, and changed the start date multiple times. I had told them from the beginning I had an obligation one weekend, which was the only weekend I had something going on. They were not working around that at all or respectful of it. They decided to schedule the start date the Monday after my obligation and needed me to fly across the country and still be in the office by 10 am. They told me this only a few days prior. It was impossible. It was as if they were setting me up for failure. When I told them the soonest I could get in was 2pm, they decided to rescind my offer.
