Contacted by recruiter for phone screen which involved baiting me into revealing relocation needs and salary requirements. Conversation was very positive and made you believe they were really interested by saying your background is near perfect for the job.

First I was given a phone interview with a recruiter. After that, I had a 90 minute long phone interview with the hiring manager for the position. Finally, I had an in-person day-long interview on site with 6 different people for 45 minutes each. They took me out to lunch as well, and everyone was very nice. One of the time-slots was a panel interview with 3 managers. Everyone I met aside from the recruiter was a chemist, though they ranged from director level to lab managers.
