I applied online. I interviewed at WestRock (Joplin, MO) in Jan 2019
Interview
Quick interview process, they asked how many days i've missed, where I see myself in a few years, and why I would want to work there. They then listed the benefits and vacation time, asked if i had any more questions i answered no and then they sent me home to wait on a phone call.

Question 1
do you have experience working with a team based environment and can you get along well working with others? please explain to us how you worked as a team to complete your job
Quick and to the point. They ask all the basic questions and are pretty transparent on what they require from employees. There are days that are very busy and some days where there is much downtime.
They have you come in and review everything. If they like you they call you back to come in for orientation. Expect to be in a room for 3 days to watch videos and do little tests and out on the floor the 4th day.

Interview
Take a measurement test with some light story problem questions, you will have no time to finish. Apply for a machine operator position with 4 years of experience, they want to throw you in general labor. No thanks.

Question 1
It was one of the most bizarre interviews I've ever had. They just could not wrap their heads around prototype work I performed. Just dumb and I gave up 75% into the meeting.
