Simple and quick, took 1 week from start to end. HR was in touch throughout the process, 5 interviews of 30 minutes each were set up in a day and next day they informed of their decision. No delays or confusions happened, impressive hiring process!

Interview
Applied and received email from recruiter in October. Had first interview in November with the second interview following that two weeks after. First interview was a virtual one-on-one with a member of the team. Recruiter's boss scheduled an interview on the wrong day from what I had available and then tried to justify scheduling a random time/day instead of apologizing and correcting the mistake. In my second interview, I met with the first interviewer's boss virtually and then was told that there would be a third round (which again, would be a virtual one-on-one with his boss) that would occur about 2-3 weeks later. Two weeks after the second interview, I never heard from HR about next steps and decided to reach out. I sent an email and waited a week to follow up with a second email to the senior HR person before I got an email back telling me that the recruiter (their subordinate) would be in touch.
Basically, it turns out, after almost two months of progressing to the second round, they thought it was appropriate to ghost me right before the final interview, which is ridiculous as many other companies will send a short email letting a candidate know that they hadn't made it to the next round. Instead, the recruiter's boss chose to ignore my emails and then relayed the rejection news task to their subordinate so that they would potentially face the wrath of an angry candidate instead.
Overall, I will conclude that this place seems extremely disorganized and their interviewing processes are disrespectful of candidates' time. The interviewers on the team complained about how long it was taking to find someone and they needed someone soon, when it would be so much easier if they just did a panel interview with at least 2 of the 3 interviewers to make the process shorter. If I had gotten to the third round it probably would have been a 3-4 month interviewing period before officially getting an offer for an entry-level position. I understand some companies (Goldman Sachs and so on) do have competitive interview processes but this was not that at all.
Some advice: please recognize that your candidates no matter experience level deserve basic respect and please take a look at the HR management. I would not apply here again to this company unless major changes happened to HR. I will rate this interview as easy/average but the duration of waiting weeks for the next one-to-one interview is a difficult process.

Interview
The process was quick and enjoyable. First I got a screening call from the Director of Finance to tell me about the position. A couple of days later I got another call from a recruiter to set up a panel interview. A few days after the panel interview, they set up a final interview. The final interview was a case study presentation to senior leadership. A few hours after my interview, I got a text from them telling me I did great on the case study and that they were working to produce an offer. The next day I got the official offer.
