Interview
I was informed I had an interview approx 3-4 days before hand. The interview was to be at 8am the Wednesday after finals. I drove out to the mill and checked in at the main gate and watched a five minute safety video. I then proceeded to the HR conference room where I was greeted by an Operations Manager, Reliability Engineer, and the Maintenance Superintendent of the Mill. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Most of the question weren't technical, but revolved around the ability to work without the need for constant help and supervision. About a week later I was called by corporate to inform me of the offer. The mailed me the packet and I filled out the proper forms and filled them out. Shortly after I received a drug test kit and took it to a local clinic, and they took a sample of my hair. The holidays slowed everything down a little bit, but I started work in early January.

Interview
Spoke with them on the phone and they had a few candidates come into the plant. We took a tour of the floor first and then we interviewed one by one. It was a simple behavioral interview- began by talking about my resume first and then they asked 3 STAR questions.
I was given a call from the HR department and set up a time for a phone interview. Within a week from completing the phone interview I was offered an intern position over the summer.

probably the most difficult question was to give a time I was left on my own to handle a situation without any supervision. Not a difficult question to answer if you have some experience to show for.

Interview
It was in a room. There were two people who were friendly and asked me mainly behavioral questions. This was my first interview so I wasn’t prepared as much. Asked the same question “why us”. Asked questions and wrote answers down.
