Interview
I had two phone interviews first with human resources. Then I was brought into the mill for a group interview. My interview was with four managers from the mill. They took turns asking me different scenario questions. It was not a hard interview, but it was definitely a very thorough one. After the interview I was called two weeks later. They tole me I had a job, but I was being placed in a employee hiring pool. It took 6 months for them to actually offer the job, but it was worth the wait.

Normal straight to the point interview questions that where asked if you had relevant experience and if you new how to use tools such as drills replacing die frames and understanding the role such as what shift you want to work and when training will begin to Jon the company and actuallly start working
