WestRock interview questions

I went for the NSBE conference and got an interview. The interviewer was really nice and respectful. They asked more of behavioral questions. They contacted me to ask if I was interested 2 weeks later. They contacted me two days later to say they picked someone else. The lady on the phone was really nice and I wish I had the opportunity to work for them.

Was contacted by e-mail 1 day after submitting my resume by a Talent Acquisition Specialist requesting to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted 2 days after that. Simple behavioral questions. She told me she would call me back to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I received an e-mail 2 weeks later wanting to set up a phone interview with this person who was the head of North American Human Resources. Phone interview was set up for the following week. I received a call from the Talent Acquisition Specialist again after the 2nd phone interview to set up a face to face interview the following week again. The interview went well with the HR person going over the position in detail, and asking me how I would handle challenges she was foreseeing. I received a call 2 days later that she wanted me to meet with her boss who was over Global HR. This was a face to face interview that occurred the following week. This interview was awful. She was completely unprepared for me, did not know where we should meet, had not reviewed my resume at all or had any questions for me. I was professional, and tried to talk about my experiences, the job, and my thoughts on how I would tackle some of the issues at hand. I was told they would be making a decision very soon. I sent thank you e-mails to those I interviewed with and received no response. About 2 weeks later, I received a call from another company with an invitation to interview with them, so I politely sent emails to the MWV staff that I had spoken to restating my interest in the position and inquiring what the next steps in the process were or if they had already made a decision. I did not receive one response from the 3 individuals I contacted.
