WillowTree Senior Android Engineer interview questions

Originally applied for the Senior position but was down-leveled to Platform level (mid-level) after a chat with the recruiter for unknown reasons. I had a technical phone screen that was very easy with two coding questions. I was told things "looked good." I later received rejection saying that while my answers were technically correct, they didn't like my responses to critique and feedback, which I thought was incredibly strange since I had never heard that before. I was not given examples on what I said or did badly during the interview.
