Very easy and fast interview . apply online they call you with a date and time for a face to face interview They are looking for workers in all departments
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WinCo Foods (Portland, OR)

Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Describe a time you had to resolve a conflict on a team
Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
