It was an interview in hirevue platform with 5 or 6 questions pre recorded in video and the candidate have 30 seconds to think and 3 minutes to answer. I didn’t like this way of interviewing, it’s too impersonal. I understand companies needed fast hiring process, but this didn’t had the chance for the candidate to express theirselves to the recruiter. I didn’t like it.
I had a video interview with the team lead directly and in the evening he sent an email rejecting me. The questions are easy, the kind of thing you would find in the internet but I didn't prepare well so I failed.
