Interview
Be prepared to go through multiple rounds.
For me the 1st round was a personality interview with 2 team members (which I found out afterwards, at that time I thought they were just really nice and didn't ask much about work). The first interview created a lovely relaxed environment and feeling in me that I would really like to work with them.
2nd and 3rd interview was both with 3 team-members. Basically everyone in my team was part of the interview process. As they themselves explained to me that they are choosing a new team member therefore everyone needs to be happy with the one chosen. 2nd and 3rd round involved a lot more questions about situations at work place and how you would react. 3rd interview I would say was the the one where most questions were asked about work and previous experience and examples of them.

What would you do if you need to submit a report by today evening but you see that you are struggling with the deadline. Would you submit the report with some mistakes or would you send it a day later but correct?
3 rounds with HR, manager, and directors. Interview was not technical, but was long. Did not get through 2nd round. The interviewers were nice and respectful. Interviews were held online and they expect people to come into office in person when they start working.
First they contacted me through e-mail, offering several times for interview.
