Screening, hiring manager round, panel interview round with peers, take home test and received an auto-reject after the panel and take home test. I asked for feedback and to also be considered for another position (and followed up twice) but was completely ghosted. Most importantly, I saw on Linkedin that the individual who interviewed me started in the position I interviewed for 2 weeks after I received a rejection - why were they involved in my interview process if they were also a candidate? That's a major red flag and ethical issue and so I'm actually happy it didnt work out.
Cancelled and received rejection email minutes before the interview started. Rearranged as HR rep explained it was issues with their tech. Upon meeting HR, didn't feel like they represented the positive culture being advertised on the website.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for Wise
Disappointing interview process. Constant last minute cancellations and me having to chase HR. Ultimately had an interview which apparently wasn't actually a first interview and then I got an email less than 24 hours later informing me the role had been filled, when I was told it would take a while to to get a response due to the relevant people being out of office. Interview process seems disorganised and interviewer was also not the best. Does not leave a good impression of the company.
