Interview
The system design interview experience was quite unusual and felt unprofessional. The interviewers didn’t manage the session time properly—it went over by more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled duration, which caused a delay in my next meeting. The lead interviewer didn’t seem to be aware of the exact time constraints. Additionally, they appeared to be looking for a specific answer rather than engaging in a discussion. In system design interviews, there are often multiple valid approaches, but my suggestions weren’t given fair consideration, and there was little effort to challenge or explore them constructively

Interviewer was late and even after I explained my lack of experience with spring still proceeded to ask me spring questions. Insinuated I was stupid declaring that only smart people worked at Wise. Overall incredibly unprofessional.
