Wise Strategy interview questions

I applied for 2 roles, for the first, HR set up a first interview with the business then cancelled one day before, tried to contact him by phone/email but I wasn't able to reach him and no call back. For the second, I moved to the interview with the business but one of the interviewees didn't even show up no excuse or anything. After several months I still haven't received any feedback on the interview. Following this experience I was quite disappointed so I decided not to apply for jobs with this company anymore. Respect and politeness are important values for me.
