onsite 6 1:1 interviews mostly behavioral and explanation of company and products, one tech interview. the recruiters do a really good job of making people feel welcome and organizing the interview process. employees are all nice, enthusiastic, and very open to questions. pretty chill tech interview but good to refresh uml diagramming, object relationships before interviewing. no algorithms or coding questions since developers don't code in the traditional sense. they have a development environment built on top of a java framework that allows them to create objects/design applications using a gui interface. if you do well on the tech interview, you have a good chance of getting an offer. the rest of the decision is determined by how well you connected with the other interviewers on a personal level and how interested you seem in the job. they give you plenty of opportunities to network and talk to them during the day. ask lots of questions. by the end of the day, you have a good sense if you will get an offer or not. about 5 (out of 25) people there on my day were discreetly called to the side to talk more, so i assume they got offers. i was notified about their decision to pass about 2 weeks later.
