Interview
Received one phone call from HR after submitting my resume, they asked me what my current title was and how long i had had the title for. I explained they just renamed my department so my department was called Client Engagement for the last 6 months but previously called Client Success. I was then told I was wasting time because they needed someone with a lot more experience in client engagement... even though I did have over 5 years of experience in that area but since my title wasn't exactly the same I apparently wasted their time. They never even asked me about my experience. It was the rudest call I have ever received, I am not sure why they called me just to tell me that they didn't think I have enough experience.
