So disappointed in Workday and the Recruiting staff. The recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview and we agree on the date and time. She calls me two days prior to when it was supposed to happen while I was driving and unable to talk. i told her it was on my calendar for a different date. She says she booked it twice on her calendar and apologized. On the actual day of the interview, I wait 20 minutes for her call. I send her an e-mail asking her if this was still happening because I had another meeting directly after and she calls me. By this time, I can't talk. We reschedule for today and again, she doesn't call and I'm waiting. She sends an e-mail stating that she was on another call that went over. I get it. But, really? Get it together woman! Not a good way to treat an applicant. This is a small world and I may the one deciding about whether or not she gets an interview.
