Interview
Applied for a listed remote position. Had 3 rounds of interviews with HR, peers, potential bosses, and potential team members - all of which went great, and I received immediate feedback and moved on to next rounds. However, during the final interview, it was made clear that they wanted someone local to their office so it could be a hybrid role - not remote as listed. After chasing the HR folks for over 3 weeks post-final interview, I received an email that I did not receive the position.
